This month we are celebrating ONE YEAR since we officially launched the Rabello Group brand- an achievement that couldn’t have been realized without our many supporters!

In the past year, we have stood by our commitment of remaining a 100% referral driven boutique-style business; built on an individualized and superior service model. We recognize that our success during this year wouldn’t have been possible without our clients and friends; those that have trusted us with their recent real estate transactions, those that have referred business to us, and those who have simply provided invaluable encouragement along the way. As we look forward to another year, we recognize we are headed into uncharted territory. The economic outlook remains uncertain. Interest rates are high, home values are down, the stock market remains volatile, and the future of the market is unknown. Despite apprehension, we remain encouraged as we continue to see listings sell, buyers enter into contract, and inventory remain relatively stable.
In the coming year, we plan to continue to build on this year’s success under the Rabello Group brand. We remain committed to our clients and our community, recognizing now more than ever the importance of adopting a long-term approach to ensure the future financial and personal goals of those we serve are met.
