We decided to initially test this home off-market to see if we could get the price we wanted as-is. After 17 showings, it was clear we needed to move forward with a few minor home improvement projects to attain the price we wanted - exterior and interior paint, changing the lighting throughout, and staging.

As the selling season picks up, sellers have been asking us about Compass Concierge and its benefits. It's a fantastic program, and I wanted to share a success story that demonstrates its impact.
On this recent sale, we worked with our clients (Sellers) to identify exactly what needed to be improved to obtain the highest price possible in the shortest time. After the plan was in place, our clients were able to borrow $23k from our brokerage Compass (with no interest and no costs). The money was used to replace all carpet, paint the entire interior, complete inspections, and stage. We managed the entire project A->Z with our preferred vendors.
Result? We were able to sell at a record price for their development, and generated an approximate 4x return on the $23k invested.
